Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Fruit of your choice (optional)

  • Organic authentic maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, & olive oil.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients & stir until combined (do not over mix).

  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat & scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.

  5. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake & the bottom is golden-brown, then flip & cook the other side until golden-brown.

  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  7. Add the fruit of your choice (optional) & maple syrup.

  8. Enjoy your pancakes!
